Smiths Bush East is the only remaining kahikatea forest in our project area. It supports a lot of native wildlife including the Tui, kereru, silvereye and grey warbler.
This is the hub for volunteer environmental restoration groups in Takapuna North. We actively engage in tree planting, predator control, pest plant control, water quality, and community engagement.
