Our local reserves are taken care of by different local volunteer groups in collaboration with the Auckland Council and the Pupuke Birdsong Project.

The volunteer groups maintain the trap- and bait-lines for predator control, remove pest plants, as well as plant native trees within the area of the reserves.

Unmarked reserves do not have any volunteer groups yet. Contact us if you would like to start a new group in those areas.
